All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible when any product cannot be supplied. If your item is not in stock, you will be advised if and when the item is likely to become available. At this stage, you will be given the option to cancel your order or an alternative product may be offered.

Please follow the ordering process carefully. Remember that you will not be able to make any changes to your order once you have checked out, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

When you have submitted your online order and provided you have given us a valid e-mail address, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail to acknowledge receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order and the conclusion of the contract will only occur when we despatch your goods and delivery has taken place.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment. The identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Delivery information and costs

Full ownership of the goods will transfer to the customer when they have been paid for in full and delivery has taken place.

For Mainland UK, our STANDARD DELIVERY service will be within 5 working days Monday to Friday. Orders received on a Friday will go out for delivery the following Monday.  An EXPRESS DELIVERY service is also available for Mainland UK where every effort will be made to deliver your goods within 1–2 working days.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, the Highlands and Islands, AB Post Codes, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will take longer to arrive (usually 1-3 additional working days).  The Express Delivery Service is not available to these destinations.

Please allow an extra day when UK Bank holidays are involved.

Delivery Charges

Mainland UK  Standard Delivery Service (3-5 working days): FREE.  Express Delivery Service (1–2 working days): £4.95 per delivery.

Northern Ireland, The Highlands and Islands, AB Post Codes, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Eire  Standard Delivery Service (2-3 working days): £7.95 per delivery

Europe  Standard Delivery Service (3-5 working days): £7.95

Rest of the world Standard Delivery Service (up to 7 working days): £30.00 (taxes and import duties paid by receiver)

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm. (Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days). A signature is usually requested on delivery.  If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to deliver one more time on the following working day. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange delivery.

We are unable to change a residential delivery address once the order has been despatched.

Price and payment options

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the product ordered plus the delivery charge, where applicable. Delivery Costs are added to your order when you review your basket.

Customers outside mainland UK could also be liable for import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

For Card Payments, we accept credit/debit cards from Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention of fraud.

Right to cancel and returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel any item(s) ordered (excluding personalised items) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. Such cancellation should be given in writing by letter or by fax or by e-mail - a phone call is not sufficient. You have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

Any monies paid, including initial delivery costs for the order where applicable, will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Each item returned is refunded separately and credited to your original method of payment. This will appear on your statement as a refund/credit from "Rapidname Limited T/A PEARLY KING". If your card expires before we process your refund, please contact our sales desk on +44 (0) 845 869 8719with your order number, postcode and new card details. For security reasons we cannot accept this information by e-mail.

If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return the relevant item(s) in saleable condition with all original packaging and tickets as soon as practicable at your own cost. Please obtain a valid Returns Authorisation Number by e-mail or by telephoning our sales desk on +44 (0) 845 869 8719 as Returns by post cannot be accepted without such a valid number. To ensure cover we do recommend that you obtain Proof of Delivery (i.e. recorded or special delivery) as we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the item(s) that you are returning.

Returning goods bought as a special offer

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example "buy 2 for £20.00") you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount, you will be refunded with the full multi buy value.

Refund of the delivery charge

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges (where applicable) you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund, on advice by you of the amount involved, the cost of the postage incurred by you when returning such goods to us.

Statutory rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Product information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
